Our 6th form students had an exciting day visiting the Stamford Bridge Pub yesterday. They met with Hyde's who did a presentation on career opportunities, and gave the students a tour of the kitchen.

We have recently done taste testing with year 8 and 9, in our catering lessons – looking at the 5 main tastes (sweet, sours, salty, bitter and umami). A great interactive lesson for our students.
