Today we celebrate KG who is leaving Cloughwood today having had 6 wonderful years with us. Since joining in year 7 K has gone from strength to strength finding talents in a number of areas but most notably in catering, working in our kitchen for the majority of his time this year. K is most proud of the journey he's been on and the qualifications he has achieved. K is going to miss working in the kitchen serving everyone. We all wish you the best of luck in your future.

6th form are looking at vegetables this half term - what they are , how they're grown. We've looked at the different vegetable groups and today was about looking at quality points for them and then we cooked them all differently from confit garlic, parsnip puree to a roasted miso hispi cabbage.
