All students at Cloughwood have the opportunity to learn how to sail. An after school club runs on a Monday and Thursday during the summer term and the beginning of the autumn term. The club is run by school staff who are RYA (Royal Yachting Association) qualified alongside SYSCA (Schools Youth Sailing Canoe Association), offering the chance to have fun whilst gaining a skill and working towards RYA certificates.
